Complete declared context sampling and private canopy findings

Thirty-one further default-seed contracts contribute124normal frames. All121naturally eligible default-seed contracts now have reviewed samples in484frames from50sources. Four separately reviewed alternate-seed contracts add16frames and one source,for125samples/500frames across51sources. Default-seed no-match facts for four contracts remain. This completes initial context sampling,not whole-contract acceptance or complete library readiness.

Three private canopy studies add12private frames and zero normal coverage. Ten actual foreground transforms/source-only RGBA hashes match controls;two ruin Hex cameras differ. The walled gateway becomes clearer,but broader crown removal,phone framing,whole-ruin clearance,shape/depth-specific exclusion,cache/lifecycle and full performance remain open. Native art and public code are unchanged.

The focused11-record intake preserves all9209catalog files,9234goal records,5637pending qualifications,3597explicit dispositions,39preferred outputs/studies,43runtime entries,354local/322production contracts,originals,finals,both hamlets,geography and saves.
